basis. This is NOT a timeshare and NOT a
membership! Through the undivided interest
method of ownership, as an owner you receive a grant deed for your
interest in the entire multi-million dollar ranch, all its recreational
facilities and accommodations. It's yours to enjoy year 'round, as
often as you like, but not as a permanent resident. Now, you can have it all! As a
grant deed owner, you have the right to re-sell your grant deed at any
