legally bound hereby, the undersigned agree and does hereby release from liability and to

indemnify and hold harmless R-Ranch at the Lake and its employees or agents

representing or related to the R-Ranch in regards to “Trailer Septic Tank Disposal.”

This release is for any and all liability or personal injuries (including death) and property

losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations

for this service. The undersigned further agrees to abide by the rules and regulations

promulgated by R- Ranch at the Lake and/or its affiliate groups and vendors throughout

the service period.

Pump-out service is strictly for RV/Trailers and not mobile / auxiliary

“blue bin” gray-water containers.
