2. The Golf Cart storage area is located in the lot just north of the ROA Office.

3. Golf Carts and there operations on the R-Ranch is further defined in Article XV of the R-Ranch at the lake Owners’ Information Book.

4. Permission to store on the R-Ranch will be made by the Ranch Manager through the ROA Office.

5. All Golf Carts must be registered in the Owners name and share number at the ROA Office.

6. All Golf Carts must have the Owners share number clearly displayed on the rear driver’s side of the Golf Cart so it is VISIBLE.

7. Owners must respect other Owner’s rights, privileges, and personal property.

8. All Golf Carts must be maintained in an operational condition, including proper maintenance and condition of tires and covers. Any kind or color of TARP is no longer permitted. All Carts having a cover must have a proper cover (one made for carts) with the owners number displayed on the back. A cover gray in color is preferred.

9. Owners are responsible for keeping the storage area clean.

10. No property other than a properly registered Golf Cart is allowed to be stored in that site. No BBQs, SEWAGE TANKS, PROPANE TANKS, CARPETS, BIKES, TIRES, ETC. WILL BE ALLOWED. Any items other than the cart will be considered trash and abandoned property and removed from the area.

11. No Golf Cart storage is allowed anywhere on the Ranch other than the Golf Cart storage area, or on the owners registered campsite.

12. If an owner looses His or Her “ownership in Good Standing” status due to overdue monies owed the R-Ranch however caused, or any other Board of Directors sanctioned action, Golf Cart privileges will be revoked.

13. Failure to comply with this agreement will result in a written warning and/or a fine and will ultimately result in suspension or termination of owner’s privilege to Golf Cart storage on R-Ranch at the Lake.
